Payment
  • Cleared funds are required before goods can be delivered to you, unless you have credit facilities IT Supply. We accept the following methods of payment:

    Credit Card - We accept Visa and MasterCard.

    Electronic Funds Transfer - You can deposit funds directly into our bank account:

  • We offer account facilities to our major business customers after formal credit approval. For information on obtaining a credit account, please email sales@itsupply.com.au..
  • We do not accept non-Australian credit cards. Payment from overseas customers is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer only.
Delivery
  • In order to deliver goods we require a physical street address. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, so please ensure the delivery address is attended 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Couriers will not leave items that have not been signed for. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery depending on location and stock availability.
  • Pickup is available from our Melbourne office by arrangement. However, please note that freight charges are still applicable as stock is warehoused in Sydney and the order must be prepaid.
  • We do not ship internationally. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange courier or freight forwarder.
