We offer account facilities to our major business customers after formal credit approval. For information on obtaining a credit account, please email sales@itsupply.com.au..
We do not accept non-Australian credit cards. Payment from overseas customers is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer only.
Delivery
In order to deliver goods we require a physical street address. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods, so please ensure the delivery address is attended 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Couriers will not leave items that have not been signed for. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery depending on location and stock availability.
Pickup is available from our Melbourne office by arrangement. However, please note that freight charges are still applicable as stock is warehoused in Sydney and the order must be prepaid.
We do not ship internationally. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange courier or freight forwarder.
