Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be attempted after goods have been despatched. Cancellations for undispatched orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

• Product is sold on a non-return basis. If your product is damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, contact our sales@itsupply.com.au immediately upon receipt of the product. We shall arrange to replace the goods.
• Products are covered by manufacturers' warranty. To the extent permitted by law, IT Supply’s entire responsibility with respect to warranties for the Products is to pass on to Customer the benefit of any such warranties.
• Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
